Suction conveyor systems, Glatt

Our intelligent and flexible suction conveyor systems allow the product to be gently filled and discharged in containers and process systems by directly connecting two processing steps. The ideal assistant for your processes.

Glatt suction conveyor systems feed powder, granulate and other free-flowing solids easily and gently using low pressure. They are optimally suitable for horizontal product flow and can transport product volumes of 10 to 1,500 liters through a product separator that is directly connected to the subsequent process step.

The GMP compliant systems, which can be validated, can be utilized in batch processing or continuous operation by means of additional equipment. Our PRO concept (12 bar pressure-shock resistance) connects highest safety demands with all the requirements of total containment.

Multiple cleaning concepts all the way to the SuperClean® version can be selected. On the exhaust side, the PCS are equipped with filters that are automatically cleaned.
