Heino Ilseman palletizing system

Palletizing systems take over the cases and stack them onto pallets up to a stacking height of 2.800 mm. Card inserts may be applied as boards, card middles or other stabilizers.

The very flexible robot control enables to call and use once programmed palletizing patterns. These will be recalled via data medium. A menu-driven handling enables the storage of the pattern with material or drawing short text

Palletizing systems are equipped with up to 6 programmable axes, according to job definition. All palletizing robots are programmed collision protected in order to avoid damages of the vertical axis in case of fatal operating errors.

Central palletizers are used, when only few cartons per time unit are produced. The simultaneous pick-up of several cartons in simple stacking patterns enables increased performance.
