Medicon filling and sealing line ImmuCoat

The Medicon system is composed of basic modules that are upgraded and tailored to their specific functions. The system’s basic components are a base frame, a decentralized control of the individual modules, a transport system and a high-precision assembly rail onto which the various processing stations are mounted. The machine comes in two variants, optionally with either six or twelve processing positions. A special benefit of the line is that all basic modules can be arbitrarily combined and a plug-and-play approach allows easy integration of any individual module. First, this permits an unlimited upgrade of the line’s capacities, and in addition, it allows modification and adjustment of the functional scope with very little effort. The line simply grows and changes according to the needs.
