Intermittent motion rotary machine to fill and close vials, syringes and cartridges for injectable, lyophilized and powders. Suitable for productions up to 7.200 p/h

• Machine for production up to 7,200 b/h according to container to be used, liquid to be filled, number of nozzles and type of cap/lid.
• Made of stainless steel AISI 304, aluminum top plate coated with mirror polished AISI 304.
• Controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC), and servo-motor.
• Nozzles operation and cap/lid placement by means of servo-motor control, and synchronization by means of integrated cam with the star.
• Central star with divisions, controlled by servomotor.
• Touch screen for data entry and display of incidents, and setting programmes for automatic adjustment and formats.
• Support for up to 3 x 2 nozzles.
• Placement of vibrators and ramps for automatic cap feeding in the machine.
• Fiber Detectors to control presence of container, over- accumulation in machine exit, presence of cap etc.
• Packs conveyor 2.5m. length with pulling head, variable speed motor and engine protection LAB TECH, fan less and white paint.
• Safety Cabinet with micro-switches according to EU standards, with anti-corners system to facilitate cleaning method.
• CIP / SIP easy and fast, with integrated support in the frame.
