Test-tube filling machine RTS10, Comas

Test tubes loading from an elevator;
Test tubes are placed on a roller conveyor;
A revolving device turns the test tubes inside the pucks; 10 places puck to handle the test tubes;
Filling is made with special dosers, capable of dosing as little as 25 μl sprayed over the internal side of the test tube, so they can be dried without leaving any liquid trace at the end of the process;
Six stations for hot air blowing inside the test tube, using mechanically driven nozzle to guarantee the drying;
Granules for the agitator are placed inside the test tube;
Cap feeding and placing on the test tube. Vacuum closing system with up 90/95% vacuum;
Test tubes are automatically removed from the pucks and placed on a blister.
