Pharmapactor APC C

With the Pharmapaktor® C active substance mixtures are processed into granulate. First the powder is pressed into flakes/pellets. Crushing to granulate takes place in one or two stages with integrated Flake Crusher.

The Pharmapaktor C 250 has gap and screw control. Gap control takes place electromechanically and therefore is particularly low-maintenance.

The rollers are easily accessible and can be disassembled at the front for cleaning.

The intelligent control unit is one of the innovative features of the Pharmapaktor C. Dependent on the product properties, two different control modes are possible:

The classic variant applies the relationship between the speed of the feed screw and the roll speed to regulate the press force.

Alternatively, regulation is possible by means of the electromechanically adjustable roll gap. Another highlight is the specially developed start-up mode: it starts the machine in the shortest possible time, thus keeping the amount of uncompacted material low.
