Engineering / process engineering

Sustainable engineering based on the understanding of production processes and customer requirements.

The enormous requirements expected of biotechnological and pharmaceutical processes demand special attention with regard to the materials and components used, the sterile execution of equipment and piping and automated process control. In close cooperation with the operator, each plant is precisely tailored to the requirements and particularities of the relevant process.

During plant scheduling we place the strongest focus on precise process control and exact compliance with all parameters and limiting conditions. Particular significance is given to the early planning phases of concept design and basic and detail engineering, both with regard to impacts on costs and deadlines in the course of the project and efficiency and process safety in operation.

Our team of biotechnologists, process technicians and project engineers has a detailed specialist knowledge, longstanding experience in sterile plant construction, tried-and-tested planning tools and well-coordinated knowledge management in order to implement the requirements of our customers in high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

Model description

  • We make our experiences from numerous biotechnological and pharmaceutical plant construction projects available in order to assist our customers as early as the preparatory phase of a project, in the plant and process planning. Project objectives and requirements via the process and requirements of the operator are analysed and translated into specific solutions and specifications by our experienced project engineers. These serve as a basis for further planning and configuration.
